3. Manage pushback. You’ll discuss these ideas, tools and strategies and apply them to your own upcoming presentations.

Lucille Lo Sapio is a Relationship Manager with Wavelength. She is an experienced adult-learning facilitator responsible for delivering communication skills workshops to Wavelength clients throughout North America.
Lucille brings over 30 years of business development experience, having worked in a variety of industries including transportation, marketing, advertising, life sciences, pharmaceuticals and telecommunications. Lucille has developed and delivered sales training programs for many organizations, including several Fortune 500 corporations.
With her varied business background, Lucille can relate to any group. As a skilled stage and improv actor, Lucille has a highly effective, enthusiastic style that blends with her sales expertise, making the learner experience both engaging and educational. Her combined knowledge of the sales process and communication skills enable her to help professionals become clear, effective communicators. Lucille is well-qualified to teach Wavelength’s presentation workshops.
She is a black belt in Tae Kwon Do and a graduate of Rutgers University, with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree.
