Rich McLaughlin has been an observer and practitioner of innovation and employee engagement processes for over 20 years.  He has over 12,000 hours designing and facilitating leadership and interpersonal skills workshops, innovation explorations and problem-solving with teams to help them jump start their change and innovation efforts.  He has helped teams as small as 8 and departments as large as 100 learn how to blend external developments (to understand where customer needs are moving) with internal employee engagement processes (to show how to stimulate internal experiments and capitalize on those opportunities).  Rich also enjoys showing leaders how to engage employees in driving ongoing innovation in the organization.   He brings an experiential approach in his work with client teams. Ken Blackwell brings over 23 years of experience as a certified coach and trainer to his signature practice of rescuing Accidental Leaders and Dysfunctional Teams. Douglas Clayton is the Senior Vice President, Talent Management and Learning & Development at SES, the world’s leading provider of satellite services.  Doug joined SES in 2001 and works primarily in SES’s Princeton, NJ location and spends several months per year in SES’s corporate headquarters in Luxembourg. 

His role includes leading SES’s global talent management function and providing guidance to SES’s HR team for the Americas, including talent acquisition, succession planning, compensation programs, union relations, and payroll and benefits systems.  Doug is the chairperson of the SES U.S. benefits committee, is a board member of SES Americom, and a board member of the Luxembourg – American Chamber of Commerce.  In addition to directing HR functions in the US and Luxembourg, Doug has directed HR functions in the UK, Switzerland, Singapore, Hong Kong, and South Africa.
