Learning Designer from LinkedIn to present case study:

How LinkedIn developed their internal learning platform for informal learning, formal learning, and peer-to-peer knowledge sharing

At LinkedIn, talent is the number one priority. This priority has led to the development of LearnIn, the company’s internal learning platform for informal learning, formal learning, and peer-to-peer knowledge sharing.

Unlike many other learning platforms, LearnIn is designed to be “learner-first,” providing a rich and personalized learner experience that enables professional growth and career transformation.

Join us as we explore a case study of how the Global Learning & Development team at LinkedIn was able to develop the LearnIn platform in only five months and transform the trajectory of LinkedIn employees’ careers through learning.
