Building an Accountable Organization:

“No Excuses”

Presentation and Book Signing

Organizations today strive for stronger employee engagement and cultures of greater accountability and transparency.  After all, everyone wants to feel empowered to take charge of their destiny. Still, employees are guilty of the blame game; they blame their managers; they blame their organization; they blame their industry; they blame the economy; they blame everyone but themselves.

The No Excuses presentation is all about showing participants how to replace the words “it’s not my fault” with the personal power statement “it’s MY responsibility.”  Participants will learn:

  • about shifting the learner’s perspective from waiting for something to happen to being accountable for what actually happens
  • to become the producers, directors, leading men and women in our life movie
  • to develop the leader within each of us
  • to leverage key factors, such as personal power, drive, courage, passion, enthusiasm and attitude

“Mr. Energy” packs a full house for his sessions at ASTD interntational conferences.  Now you can see him in your own backyard. Join us to learn how to help people get out of their “performance comfort zone” and move into expanding their personal power and influence.
