Navigating Change – Exploring Two Popular Approaches

Hile Rutledge, President & Principal Consultant, OKA

About This Event

In this interactive session, OKA’s Hile Rutledge will take participants through two different and actionable approaches to change and change management – (1) a compelling change model rooted in grief research and (2) a tool-based approach, the Change Style Indicator (CSI). With interactive components, small group discussion, and a learning aid to help make these data actionable, this presentation should be an impactful (and fun) way to add to your leadership, team, and training toolkits.

Participants will:

·        Create a personalized case study—to help them apply change insight to real life events

·        Explore the Change Style Indicator (CSI), the world’s most popular change style assessment

·        Learn about a change model that is rooted in the human cycle of grief

·        Receive a summary of the presentation that summarizes both change approaches and suggests next step actions

EXTRA BONUS:  As an additional benefit, those attending the live event will receive a discount toward CSI certification from OKA!
