In this dynamic and interactive session, you will learn (more) about Microsoft Teams and explore it’s powerful abilities to bring people together to work collaboratively and be productive. We will cover a Teams introduction so that you can schedule and use Teams to arrange meetings, classes, and even breakout rooms. Finally, you will be put into collaboration groups in which you will create with others using other Microsoft products.

In this session, you will:

• Learn the basics of operating and navigating in Microsoft Teams,
• Acquire abilities to use Teams for meetings and materials storage / distribution,
• Discover how to conduct Teams online learning sessions, using engaging interactive techniques and breakout rooms, and
• Find ways to collaborate and contribute with others in Teams, using Microsoft programs.

Rich brings 20+ years of professional experience, having worked in different educational, service, and even retail settings. In 2001, he founded Improving Communications, a New York based corporate training firm.
